ABOUT
As the only French theater in Los Angeles, and as part of Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles, Theatre Raymond Kabbaz (TRK) proudly presents its first-ever Fête de la Musique on June 21, 2026, from 3 PM to 9 PM.
Fête de la Musique is a beloved French tradition celebrated each year on the summer solstice. Launched in 1982, it has since spread worldwide, as musicians of all levels transform spaces into stages for live music and community celebration. For the past 25 years, Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz has brought French-language and international artists to Los Angeles. In that same spirit of cultural exchange, it now presents the Fête de la Musique, a distinctly French tradition that is free, open to all, and rooted in shared musical celebration.
The full lineup will be announced in May.
A Two-Stage Experience
The event unfolds across two complementary spaces, with continuous performances throughout the afternoon and early evening. An outdoor stage, at the heart of the celebration, will host live music in a festive open-air atmosphere, while an indoor stage inside the theater will offer a more intimate setting with optimal listening conditions. Artists will perform across both stages in a continuous flow, inviting the audience to move freely between spaces and experience a rich diversity of sounds and atmospheres throughout the day. The lineup will highlight local and emerging artists and reflecting the richness and diversity of Los Angeles’ music scene.
Join TRK for an afternoon in France, right here in Los Angeles. Celebrate the start of summer the French way: with live music, community, and joie de vivre.
